1. Implemented Extended Hata propagation model.

2. Added export feature of Maximum Throughput (UL) coverage to MIF format.

3. Adapted to work with Windows font scale 120%.

4. Fixed sometimes appearing artifacts when exporting coverage to KMZ format.
